Hm. The first two Monthly Haul opening images contain Wolverine saying “Comics!” and I swear to God it wasn’t premeditated. Anyhoo, I kind of realized that since I’m doing this monthly comic book reviews thing, I might as well do it the last week of every month. If you noticed, I’m currently doing it the third week, which is sorta weird. So the third installment of Monthly Haul will come after the last Wednesday of January. I’m sure you don’t care, so let’s just go ahead and review some comics.
It was my birthday week and I was awesomed at the sheer amount of face rockery that went on in comics. It was like the universe conspiring to give me the most awesometastic comic book birthday week ever! Here’s proof:
The past week was tiring and full of bizarre moments. I was so busy and distracted that I didn’t get to finish reading my new comics until early Saturday, almost 2 days after I bought them. Crazy. Anyhoo, here comes teh reviews!
Thanks to the typhoon, the delivery of new comics was delayed. No biggie though since it was just delayed for a day. Besides, nothing beats reading comics in bed while it’s pouring down hard outside, right? But enough of the weather, let’s get on with the reviews!

From this point onwards, I’ll stuff your face with new comics reviews on Mondays, whatever crap I can come up with on Tuesdays, interesting images and videos on Wednesdays, face-rocking comic book covers on Thursdays, and comics news on Fridays.
