I don’t even remember when the last part of this story came out, but just the same, I really wanted to finish this story brought to us by Geoff Johns and THE Richard Donner. I haven’t read the whole arc in one sitting yet, but I can say that I’m satisfied with the conclusion.
In this movie, you’ll see the most powerful superhero on Earth return to do Atomic Claps, wrestle with military vehicles, scream like hell, and rip a car in half so he can turn it into an awesome pair of brass knuckles that aren’t made of brass. WATCH IT!
Like all great movie trilogies, the second movie has to live up to the first, and maybe even try to surpass it. It also has to build the story and the conflict for the third movie’s awesome finish. On top of all that, it has to stand on its own. It has to be a strong enough movie so it won’t feel like just a bridge connecting two towers of AWESOME. That’s a lot of responsibility for a movie.
